These terms apply when you use the HM Web Solutionz website or hire us for a project. By using our website or confirming a quote or project with us, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide website design and development, e-commerce, UI/UX design, SEO and digital marketing. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are set out in the written quote or proposal we agree with you.
Quotes and payments
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
- Projects usually start after an advance payment; the remaining amount is paid in the stages named in the quote.
- Invoices are due by the date shown on them. We may pause work on invoices that are overdue.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid plugins, advertising spend) are billed separately unless the quote says otherwise.
What we need from you
To deliver on time we need your content, images, approvals and feedback promptly. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
Changes to the scope
Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start them.
Ownership
Once the project has been paid for in full, you own the final website design and content delivered to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries and know-how, and of any third-party software, which stays under its own licence. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your content
You confirm that the content you give us is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, advertising platforms and others). We are not responsible for their availability, changes or policies.
Warranties and liability
We take care to deliver work of professional quality. We cannot promise specific business results, such as rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
